01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and wan588 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at https://wan588.cam/. These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, content and functionality made available on or through the wan588 platform.

wan588 is an English-language online gaming information and services platform designed primarily for Pakistani players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities throughout Pakistan. We do not hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users are required to independently verify the legal status of online gaming in their own jurisdiction before registering or transacting on this platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" — the wan588 website located at https://wan588.cam/, including all sub-pages, APIs, mobile-optimised views and associated services.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Player" / "User" — any natural person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.
• "Balance" — the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, expressed in PKR or equivalent.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or non-withdrawable funds credited to an Account pursuant to an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a bonus or deposit amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by the Platform prior to permitting withdrawals or as otherwise specified.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful or requires a local licence not held by wan588.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — any action or omission described in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the lawful currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

03 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any Account you may have opened. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

04 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on wan588, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licence jurisdiction governing the Platform's operations;
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in your own name as an individual natural person;
3. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is wholly prohibited;
4. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order from this Platform or any associated gaming network;
5. You are not currently employed by, or a family member of someone employed by, the operator, its affiliates, or any game-content suppliers;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of, or on behalf of, any third party.

wan588 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

05 Account Registration & KYC

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a ground for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The Platform will request KYC documentation at or before the first withdrawal, and may request it at any time thereafter. Accepted identity documents for Pakistani nationals include:

• A valid, unexpired Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA;
• A valid, unexpired Pakistani passport;
• Where required: proof of residential address (e.g., recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• A selfie or liveness video holding the identity document, as directed by the verification system.

All KYC documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must never send sensitive identity documents via unsecured channels, email, or social media. Documents must not be altered, obscured, cropped or digitally modified in any way. Submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal offence.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed through the payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing fees and estimated processing times are determined by the operator and the relevant payment service providers and are subject to change without notice.

Common payment channels referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options including BTC, ETH and USDT — are referenced as contextual examples of commonly used Pakistani payment methods only. Their inclusion does not imply that these providers endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions. Always verify the provider's own terms and conditions before transacting.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation by the payment processor.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The Platform reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Any withdrawal request may be delayed or declined if outstanding KYC verification requirements have not been satisfied.
• Chargebacks, disputes or reversals of deposits may result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, wan588 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, sports promotions, free spin equivalents and other incentives. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

1. Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only, as determined at the operator's sole discretion.
2. Each promotion is subject to a specified wagering requirement (rollover), minimum deposit threshold, eligible game list, minimum odds (for sports bonuses) and expiry period. These are illustrative parameters — actual values are published in the live promotions section.
3. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed in full.
4. Where a Player holds both Real-Money Balance and Bonus Funds, the order of wagering priority is determined by the Platform's wallet rules as published in the cashier section.
5. The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already accrued.
6. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim offers multiple times, exploiting promotional mechanics, or hedging bets to guarantee withdrawable profits regardless of outcome — is Prohibited Conduct and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers and gaming actions are governed by the specific rules published for each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game types. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that particular game or event.

• Once confirmed, a bet or wager cannot be cancelled or modified except as expressly permitted under the relevant game rules.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed due to system error, manifest pricing error, technical malfunction or suspicious betting patterns.
• In sports betting, odds are subject to change until the point of bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time the bet is accepted are the odds applied to the settlement of that bet.
• For cricket (including Pakistan Super League — PSL — fixtures and ICC tournament matches), football, UFC, and other live-event markets, in-play rules and void-bet conditions are published separately in the sports rules section.
• Slot game Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are provided for illustrative reference only. Actual RTP may vary by session, game version and software provider. Always verify in the in-game paytable.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the wan588 Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful, including in breach of local laws;
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or exploit;
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime;
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing any other person to operate your Account;
• Submitting fraudulent, altered or counterfeit documents during KYC;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the wan588 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall look and feel — is the exclusive property of wan588 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read, understood and consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data for purposes including account administration, age and identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, customer support and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

12 Responsible Gambling

13 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its principal gaming licence. wan588 does not claim to be governed by Pakistani law for gaming regulatory purposes. Users located in Pakistan access this Platform at their own risk and in accordance with their own assessment of applicable local law.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to our customer support team in writing. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties may seek resolution through the competent courts or arbitration mechanisms specified in the operator's licensing terms.

15 Amendments to These Terms

wan588 reserves the right to amend, update or revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
